500 g ground chicken 🍗
2 garlic cloves, minced 🧄
1 tsp dried oregano 🌿
1 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
For the Bowl:
250 g orzo pasta 🍝
1 small red bell pepper, diced
100 g feta cheese, crumbled 🧀
80 g Kalamata olives 🫒
Fresh parsley, chopped 🌿
Juice of half a lemon 🍋

Cook orzo until al dente, then rinse and drain. In a bowl, mix ground chicken with garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Form into small meatballs and pan-fry in olive oil until golden and cooked through. Toss the orzo with red pepper, feta, olives, lemon juice, and parsley. Top with meatballs and serve warm or at room temperature.
