📋 Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
📝 Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
3. Using a spoon, drop heaping tablespoons of the cottage cheese mixture onto the baking sheet, spacing them a couple of inches apart.
4. Gently flatten each mound into a small disc using the back of the spoon.
5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown and crispy.
6. Remove from the oven and let the chips cool slightly on the baking sheet before transferring them to a serving plate. Serve with your favorite dip or enjoy as a snack on their own.
