Servings: 4
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 8-10 minutes
Total Time: 18-20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 4 lobster tails (split in half)
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. *Prepare the Lobster*: Rinse the lobster tails under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
2. *Season the Lobster*: Sprinkle the paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper evenly over the lobster tails.
3. *Sear the Lobster*: Heat the melted butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the lobster tails and sear for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they develop a nice golden brown color.
4. *Make the Garlic Butter Sauce*: Reduce the heat to medium and add the minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant. Pour in the white wine (if using) and lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Simmer the sauce for 2-3 minutes, or until slightly reduced.
5. *Serve*: Serve the seared lobster tails with the garlic butter sauce spooned over the top. Garnish with chopped parsley and enjoy!
