Crunchy on the outside, soft inside—these walnut cookies are an Italian classic!
📝 You will need:
• 200 g ground walnuts
• 100 g sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt
• Icing sugar, for dusting
👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Mix ground walnuts, sugar, salt, egg, and vanilla into a sticky dough.
3️⃣ Shape into small balls and flatten slightly.
4️⃣ Place on the tray and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.
5️⃣ Cool completely, then dust with icing sugar.
