Sugar Cookie Fudge is a sweet and festive no-bake treat that brings all the soft, buttery flavor of classic sugar cookies into a smooth, creamy fudge!

- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar cookie mix (dry)
- 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles (plus more for topping)
- Optional: Pinch of salt or 1/4 tsp almond extract for extra flavor

Step 1: Prep your pan
1. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal. Lightly grease if needed.
Step 2: Melt the base
1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter, white chocolate chips, and sweetened condensed milk.
2. Stir constantly until completely smooth and fully melted β donβt overheat.
Step 3: Add cookie mix & flavor
1. Stir in the dry sugar cookie mix and vanilla extract (plus almond extract or a pinch of salt, if using).
2. Mix until well combined and thick.
Step 4: Add sprinkles
1. Let the mixture cool for 1β2 minutes (so sprinkles don't melt), then gently fold in rainbow sprinkles.
Step 5: Pour & set
1. Pour the fudge into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
2. Add extra sprinkles over the top and lightly press them in.
3. Refrigerate for at least 2β3 hours, or until fully set.
Step 6: Slice & serve
1. Once firm, lift the fudge from the pan and cut into squares.
2. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

- Use gel food coloring or themed sprinkles for holiday versions (pastel for Easter, red & green for Christmas, etc.).
- Add 1β2 tbsp of cookie crumbs for more texture.
- This fudge also works beautifully cut into shapes using small cookie cutters once chilled!
