Creamy Caesar meets cool pasta for the ultimate mashup!
Ingredients:
8 oz rotini or bowtie pasta
1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup Caesar dressing (homemade or store-bought)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup croutons (plus more for topping)
1/4 tsp black pepper
Optional: 1/2 cup grilled chicken, chopped
Optional: lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions:
Step 1:
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water. Let cool completely.
Step 2:
In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, and croutons.
Step 3:
Add Caesar dressing and black pepper. Toss until everything is well coated.
Step 4:
Top with extra croutons and Parmesan, and add grilled chicken if using.
Step 5:
Serve immediately or chill for 15–20 minutes before serving.
