Creamy White Chocolate Clusters with Cranberry & Toasted Pecan Crunch
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups white chocolate, melted
¾ cup dried cranberries
¾ cup pecans, chopped
Directions:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
In a large bowl, combine the melted white chocolate with the dried cranberries and chopped pecans. Stir until well combined.
Using a spoon or small cookie scoop, drop clusters of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
Let the clusters sit at room temperature until set, or refrigerate for 10–15 minutes for faster setting.
Once fully hardened, transfer to an airtight container for storage.
