Cheesy Garlic Bread Shrimp Grilled Cheese
Ingredients:
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon butter (for shrimp)
4 slices thick-cut bread (sourdough or Italian)
2 tablespoons softened butter (for bread)
2 tablespoons garlic paste or finely minced garlic
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Mix softened butter with garlic paste. Spread generously on one side of each bread slice.
Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Place a slice of bread, garlic butter side down, onto the skillet.
Layer mozzarella, cooked shrimp, cheddar, and a sprinkle of Parmesan on top. Add another slice of bread, garlic butter side up.
Grill for 3–4 minutes per side, pressing down slightly, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Remove, slice in half, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve hot.
