Quick 1-Hour Cinnamon Rolls (No Yeast)
Ingredients (Dough):
2½ cups all-purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
¾ cup milk
¼ cup melted butter
Filling:
½ cup brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 tbsp softened butter
Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp milk
½ tsp vanilla
Instructions:
Mix dry dough ingredients. Add milk & melted butter. Knead briefly.
Roll out, spread butter, sprinkle cinnamon sugar. Roll & slice.
Place in greased dish and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 mins.
Drizzle glaze while warm.
