Mini Pistachio Cheesecakes
Ingredients (5 simple ones):
• 200g crushed graham crackers
• 100g melted butter
• 400g cream cheese
• 1/2 cup pistachio paste (or melted white chocolate + pistachios)
• Whipped cream and crushed pistachios (for topping)
Quick Prep:
1. Mix graham crackers with melted butter and press into muffin molds.
2. Blend cream cheese with pistachio paste until smooth, then pour over the crusts.
3. Chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours or until firm.
4. Top with whipped cream and chopped pistachios. Enjoy!
