🍓 Strawberry Cheesecake Banana Pudding 🍌
Ingredients:
2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
1/2 cup melted butter
16 oz softened cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
2 cups sliced strawberries
3 medium ripe bananas, sliced
1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups whole milk
Instructions:
Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix the crushed vanilla wafers with melted butter in a bowl, then press the mixture into an 8x8-inch baking dish. Bake for 8–10 minutes, let it cool completely.
For the filling, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Fold in the whipped topping gently and spread this mixture evenly over the cooled crust. Layer half of the sliced strawberries and bananas on top.
In another bowl, whisk the vanilla pudding mix with milk as directed. Allow it to thicken slightly before spreading it over the fruit layer. Finish by adding the remaining strawberries and bananas on top. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Serve chilled, optionally garnished with extra whipped cream and strawberry slices.
