Ingredients:
4 fillets of white fish (such as cod or tilapia)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a baking dish, drizzle the olive oil and spread it evenly across the bottom.

Place the fish fillets in the dish and season them with salt and pepper. Scatter the minced garlic over the fish, then arrange the lemon slices, cherry tomatoes, and olives on top.

Sprinkle the dried oregano over the entire dish, ensuring even coverage.
