These Meringue Kerstboompjes are the perfect treat to add a sweet, light, and festive touch to your holiday celebrations. Ingredients:
3 large egg whites (room temperature) π₯

Instructions:
Prepare the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 200Β°F (90Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Make the Meringue:
In a clean, dry mixing bowl, whisk the egg whites and a pinch of salt on medium speed until soft peaks form.
Add the cream of tartar and continue to beat until stiff peaks form (this means the egg whites should stand up straight when you lift the beaters).
Gradually add the granulated sugar, one tablespoon at a time, while continuing to whisk on high speed. This helps to make the meringue glossy and smooth.
