π Air Fryer Honey Butter Garlic Chicken Tenders
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken tenders
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp garlic powder
Β½ tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
Cooking spray
For Honey Garlic Butter Sauce:
ΒΌ cup honey
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions:
Marinate Chicken:
Soak chicken tenders in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the fridge.
Preheat Air Fryer:
Preheat air fryer to 400Β°F (200Β°C) for 5 minutes.
Prepare Coating:
In a shallow bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Coat Chicken:
Remove chicken from buttermilk, let excess drip off, then dredge in flour mixture. Press gently to coat well.
Air Fry:
Place tenders in air fryer basket in a single layer. Spray lightly with cooking spray. Cook 10β12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
Make Sauce:
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sautΓ© 1 minute. Stir in honey and soy sauce. Cook 1β2 minutes until combined.
Toss and Serve:
Drizzle or toss chicken tenders with honey garlic butter sauce just before serving.
