🇮🇹 Sarde a Beccafico (Stuffed Sardines)
Sweet and savory Sicilian-style sardines baked with a golden raisin and breadcrumb filling.

Ingredients:
• 12 sardines, cleaned and butterflied
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
• 2 tbsp raisins
• 1 tbsp pine nuts
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Zest of 1 orange
• Parsley, chopped
• Salt and pepper

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, raisins, pine nuts, zest, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Stuff each sardine with mixture and roll up or sandwich two together.
4. Place in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden. Serve with lemon.
