CREAMY SALSA DIP
1 cup real mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 (1.4 oz.) Knorr vegetable soup mix
1/2 cup chunky salsa
1 1/2 cups fresh Pico de Gallo
1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend till smooth and creamy. Cover; chill 2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetable, or use a topping for tacos.
