Fried Cabbage with Bacon and Onions🥓🥬
Ingredients:
5 slices bacon, chopped
1 small head cabbage, chopped
1 large onion, diced
2 carrots, peeled and chopped
2 green onions, sliced (optional)
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside, but leave the grease.
2. Sauté onions and carrots in bacon grease until soft.
3. Add cabbage and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
4. Cook until cabbage is tender and slightly caramelized.
5. Toss in the cooked bacon and green onions before serving.
