Wet chocolate cake stuffed with strawberries and condensed milk π«π
A delicious, wet and very rich, perfect cake for any celebration or as dessert to surprise your loved ones. Its combination of chocolate, strawberries and condensed milk makes it an irresistible whim.

Ingredients:
For the cake:
β’ 3 flour cups
β’ 1 cup of cocoa powder
β’ 2 teaspoons of soda bicarbonate
β’ Β½ teaspoon of salt
β’ 3 eggs
β’ 1 Β½ cup of oil
β’ 1 Β½ cup of buttermilk (milk with 2 lemons juice)
β’ 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
β’ 2 Β½ cups of sugar
β’ 1 Β½ cups of whole milk (to make buttermilk)
For filling:
β’ 100 g of butter
β’ 2 cans of condensed milk
β’ 150 g of powdered milk
β’ 200 g of chopped strawberries

Preparation:
Cake preparation:
1. Preheat the oven at 350 Β° F (180 Β° C) and grease a mold, covering the bottom with butter and flour paper.
2. Do the buttermilk: mix 1 Β½ cups of milk with the juice of 2 lemons and let stand for 15 minutes.
3. In a bowl, loom flour, bicarbonate, salt and cocoa powder. Booking.
4. In another bowl, mix the eggs, oil, buttermilk and vanilla essence.
5. Add the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa, bicarbonate) to the mixture of liquids, in two batches, and mix with enveloping movements.
6. Add the sugar and mix well until all the ingredients are fully integrated.
7. Pour the dough into the mold and bake for 25 minutes, or until when inserting a stick it comes out clean.
8. Let the cake cool in the mold for about 10 minutes, then demold it and let it cool completely on a rack.
9. Once cold, cut the cake into 2 or 3 parts, as you prefer.
Fill preparation:
1. In a pot, melt butter over medium heat.
2. Add the two cans of condensed milk and milk powder. Stir well to form a homogeneous mixture.
3. Incorporates chopped strawberries and mix everything well.
4. Fill in the cake: pour the filling on the first layer of the cake and cover with the cake cover that you had previously removed.
