EASTER CHOCOLATE CHIP SPRINKLE COOKIES
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
¾ cup brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
2¼ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 cup chocolate chips (white or milk)
½ cup pastel sprinkles
½ cup mini eggs or Easter M&Ms

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment.
2. Mix:
Cream butter and sugars. Add egg and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt.
3. Add-ins:
Fold in chocolate chips, sprinkles, and mini eggs.
4. Scoop & Bake:
Scoop dough onto baking sheet, press extra mini eggs on top. Bake 10–12 mins until edges are golden.
5. Cool:
Let rest for 5 mins on tray, then move to rack.
