Baked Cajun Shrimp 🍤🔥
Ingredients:
12 shrimp, peeled, deveined, and cooked 🍤
1 tablespoon canola oil 🌱
1 teaspoon smoked paprika 🌶️
1 teaspoon onion powder 🧅
1 teaspoon garlic powder 🧄
1 1/2 teaspoons salt 🧂
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper 🌶️
1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves 🌿
1/4 teaspoon ground oregano 🍃
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with foil, giving it a light spray with cooking spray.
2. In a mixing bowl, toss the shrimp with canola oil until they're nicely coated.
3. In a small bowl, combine the smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, cayenne pepper, thyme, and oregano. Give it a good mix!
4. Sprinkle this flavorful spice mixture over the shrimp and stir to ensure each shrimp is evenly coated.
5. Lay the seasoned shrimp in a single layer on your prepared baking sheet and pop them in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until they're heated through and slightly crisp.
