METHOD
Season Wings well with dry Spice

SAUCE
1c Bbq Sauce
125ml Tomato Sauce alternatively
2 Tsp Tomato Puree
1-2 Tsp Chilli Flakes alternatively any Hot Sauce of choice
1 Tsp Garlic and Ginger
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp Soya Sauce
Dash Lemon juice
Brown Sugar to taste
1 Tbsp Butter

METHOD
Boil all ingredients in a Saucepan till thickened..pour over Wings.
