• 🥛 1/2 cup of hot milk
• 🧈 100 g of melted margarine
• 🧂 1 teaspoon of salt
• ⚡ 1 tablespoon baking powder

1️⃣ Prepare the dough:
• 🥄 Beat the egg whites until they are about to snow.
• 🥄 Add the yolks one by one, mixing gently.
• 🥄 Add the sugar, grated cassava, grated coconut and hot milk, mixing well.
• 🥄 Add the melted margarine, salt and baking powder, integrating all the ingredients.
2️⃣ Bake:
• 🔥 Preheat the oven at 180 ° C (350 ° F).
• 🧈 Gate a medium mold and pour the mixture.
• ⏲️ Bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until inserting a stick, it comes out clean.
