Cannoli Cake
📋 Ingredients
• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 3 large eggs
• 1 cup ricotta cheese
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup mini chocolate chips
• 1 cup heavy cream
🍽️ Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
2. In a bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, and 1 cup water until smooth.
3. Divide batter evenly between pans. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
4. Allow cakes to cool.
5. In a separate bowl, mix ricotta, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
6. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into ricotta mixture.
7. Layer ricotta mixture between cake layers and on top.
8. Garnish with chocolate chips.
