🇮🇹 Gnocchi alla Bolognese 🍝🥔
Soft potato gnocchi with rich Bolognese meat sauce.
Ingredients:
• 500 g potato gnocchi
• 300 g ground beef
• 400 ml tomato sauce
• 1 carrot, diced
• 1 celery stalk, diced
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Salt and pepper
Instructions:
1️⃣ Sauté onion, carrot, and celery in oil.
2️⃣ Add beef, cook until browned, then pour in tomato sauce.
3️⃣ Simmer for 20 minutes.
4️⃣ Cook gnocchi until they float, drain and serve with sauce.
