8 oz provolone cheese, sliced 🧀
8 oz cheddar cheese, sliced 🧀
1 cup marinated olives (green and Kalamata) 🫒
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 🍅
1 cup roasted red peppers, sliced 🌶️
½ cup artichoke hearts, marinated and chopped 🍽️
1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough 🥐
1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped 🌿
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped 🌿
2 tbsp olive oil 🍶
1 tsp dried oregano 🌿
Salt and pepper, to taste 🧂
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) 🔥.
Prepare the dough:
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles 🥐.
On a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper, arrange the dough triangles in a circle with the points facing outward, creating a wreath shape. Leave a small gap in the center.
Assemble the wreath:
Start layering the ingredients inside the dough circle:
Place mozzarella balls 🧀, provolone slices 🧀, and cheddar slices 🧀.
Add marinated olives 🫒, cherry tomato halves 🍅, roasted red pepper slices 🌶️, and chopped artichoke hearts 🍽️.
Sprinkle fresh basil 🌿 and parsley 🌿 over the top for added flavor.
Carefully fold the points of the dough triangles over the filling to enclose it, forming a wreath shape. Make sure the filling stays inside!
Season and bake:
Drizzle olive oil 🍶 over the dough and sprinkle with dried oregano 🌿, salt, and pepper 🧂.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes ⏲️, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
Serve:
Once baked, remove from the oven and allow it to cool slightly before serving.
Garnish with extra fresh herbs, if desired 🌿, and enjoy your delicious antipasto wreath!
