• 1 acorn squash
• 2 Tbsp butter
• ¼ cup brown sugar
• Pinch of salt
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat Oven: Set to 350˚F.
2️⃣ Prepare Squash: Wash and cut the acorn squash in half. Scoop out the seeds.
3️⃣ Score Squash: Lightly score the flesh with a paring knife.
4️⃣ Fill Squash: Place ½ tablespoon butter and 2 tablespoons brown sugar in each half.
