Chicken Pot Pie Pasta! 🥧🍗
Ingredients:
8 oz penne pasta
2 tbsp butter
1 onion, diced
2 carrots, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup milk
2 cups cooked chicken
1 cup frozen peas
1 sheet puff pastry
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook pasta; drain.
2️⃣ Sauté onion, carrots, celery, and garlic in butter.
3️⃣ Stir in broth, milk, chicken, peas, and seasonings.
4️⃣ Combine with pasta and transfer to a baking dish.
5️⃣ Top with puff pastry and bake at 375°F for 25-30 mins until golden.
