Shrimp, Corn, Potatoes, and Smoked Sausage Foil Pack
A delicious and easy-to-make meal that's perfect for grilling or camping.
Ingredients:
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 ear of corn, shucked and cut into kernels
1 potato, cubed
1/2 pound smoked sausage, sliced
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, corn, potatoes, smoked sausage, olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Divide into foil packets: Divide the mixture evenly among 4 large pieces of aluminum foil. Seal the foil packets tightly.
Grill or bake: Grill the foil packets over medium-high heat for 15-20 minutes, or bake in a preheated 400°F (200°C) oven for 20-25 minutes.

Tips:
For a spicier dish, add more Cajun seasoning or a pinch of red pepper flakes.
