Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (60g) chia seeds
- 1/2 cup (60g) flax seeds
- 1/2 cup (70g) sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup (35g) pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup (60g) almond flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cups (360ml) water

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine chia seeds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, almond flour, salt, and garlic powder.
3. Add water and stir well to combine. Let sit for 10-15 minutes to allow the chia and flax seeds to absorb the water and thicken.
4. Spread the mixture thinly and evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
5. Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through if needed.
6. Let cool completely on the baking sheet before breaking into crackers.
