Avocado, Mozzarella, and Tomato Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
- 2 slices of your favorite bread (sourdough, whole wheat, or white)
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 4 slices of mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Start by buttering one side of each slice of bread. Lay the bread down on a clean surface with the buttered side facing outward. On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer the mozzarella cheese, avocado slices, and tomato slices. Give it a sprinkle of salt and pepper to your liking. Place the second slice of bread on top, making sure the buttered side is up. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place your sandwich in it. Let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until the bread turns golden brown and the cheese has melted. Once done, take it out of the skillet, cut it up, and enjoy it warm.
