Homemade Seasoning Blends for the day!
I love these and perfect for every occasion.
Old bay seasoning is mainly use for seafood spice but also great in chicken, burgers or vegetables.
Greek Seasoning is great for meat, steak, chicken, salad or popcorn.
Herbes de Provence is usually use for stews but great for poultry or fish, vegetables, sauces and marinades.
OLD BAY SEASONING
2 tablespoon sweet paprika
1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
2 tablespoons celery salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1/4 teaspoon ground clove
1/4 teaspoon cardamom
1 tablespoons ground bay leaves
GREEK SEASONING
2 tablespoons dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried dill
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
HERBES DE PROVENCE
2 tablespoons dried savory
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 tablespoon dried marjoram
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon dried tarragon
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
