Ingredients:
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
1 packet (1 oz) au jus gravy mix
Β½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick), sliced
6-8 pepperoncini peppers
ΒΌ cup pepperoncini juice (optional, for extra tang)
Directions:
Prepare the Crockpot:

Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add Seasoning & Butter:

Sprinkle ranch seasoning and au jus gravy mix over the chicken.
Place butter slices evenly on top.
Add the pepperoncini peppers and pour in the juice if using.
Slow Cook:

Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 4 hours until the chicken is tender and easily shredded.
Shred & Serve:

Shred the chicken directly in the crockpot and mix it with the juices.
