🍲🥩 One-Pot Beef Stroganoff Pasta
✨ Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
3 cups beef broth
2 cups uncooked egg noodles
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup sour cream
½ cup heavy cream
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
🔥 Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the Beef & Aromatics:
Heat a large pot over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
Add diced onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
2️⃣ Add Broth & Noodles:
Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
Stir in the egg noodles and mushrooms, ensuring they are submerged in the liquid.
Cover and cook for about 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender.
3️⃣ Make It Creamy:
Reduce the heat to low. Stir in sour cream, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Mix until smooth and creamy.
4️⃣ Finish & Serve:
Stir in Parmesan cheese and let it melt into the sauc
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
