✅ For cheese:
🥚 8 eggs
🍬 200 g of sugar
🥛 1 liter of milk
🌿 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
✅ For candy:
🍬 100 g of sugar
💦 50 ml of water

1️⃣ Prepare the candy:
• In a small pot, heat sugar and water over medium heat.
• Let cook without stiring until a golden color is obtained.
• Pour the candy into a metal mold and distribute it well by the base.
2️⃣ Prepare the cheese mixture:
• In a bowl, mix eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla.
• Beat well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
• Pour the mixture into the mold with the caramel.
3️⃣ Cooking:
• Take the oven mold in a water bath (place the mold inside a tray with hot water).
• Bake at 180 ° C for 30-40 minutes, or until inserting a stick, it comes out clean.
• Let cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for at least 3 hours to make firmness.
4️⃣ Unmold and serve:
• Pass a knife through the edges of the mold and turn over a plate.
• Optional: Decorate with dulce de leche, cookies or what you prefer.
