Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
½ cup buffalo sauce
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
¼ cup green onions, chopped
8 egg roll wrappers
Oil spray
Directions:
In a bowl, mix the chicken, buffalo sauce, cheese, and green onions.
Place a spoonful of filling onto each egg roll wrapper.
Fold the sides, roll tightly, and seal with a little water.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F and spray egg rolls lightly with oil.
Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping once, until golden and crispy.
Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
Tips:
Want it spicier? Add extra hot sauce or a pinch of cayenne.
Serve with a side of coleslaw for a refreshing contrast.
