Mango Coconut Sponge Cake
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ cup desiccated coconut
3 eggs
¾ cup sugar
½ cup coconut milk
½ cup mango puree
Method:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.
Fold in coconut milk, mango puree, and dry ingredients.
Bake for 25-30 minutes in a greased cake pan.
