Ingredients:
1 can (8 oz) flaky biscuit dough
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook until beef is browned and onions are soft.
Stir in salt, pepper, and shredded cheese. Remove from heat.
Open the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit. Spoon a small amount of the beef mixture onto the center of each biscuit.
Fold the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
Place the stuffed biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
