Seafood Stuffed Shells 🍝🔥

Ingredients:

12 jumbo pasta shells
1 cup lump crab meat, drained
1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
Cook jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a bowl, combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, and parsley. Mix well.
Fill each pasta shell with the seafood mixture and place them in the baking dish.
Pour heavy cream over the shells and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top.
Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Garnish with extra parsley and serve warm. Enjoy!
