Rotel & Sausage Crescent Rolls with Cream Cheese 🌶️🍴
Ingredients:
1 lb ground sausage
10 oz Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies (drained)
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
2 cans crescent roll dough (8 oz each)
Instructions:
Cook Sausage: Brown sausage in a skillet and drain excess grease.
Prepare Filling: Stir in softened cream cheese until melted, then add Rotel and mix until smooth.
Prepare Crescent Rolls: Preheat oven to 375°F. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
Fill and Roll: Spoon sausage mixture onto the wide end of each triangle and roll tightly.
Bake: Arrange the crescent rolls on a baking sheet and bake at 375°F for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve: Allow the rolls to cool slightly before serving.
