Sliced Baked Potatoes 🥔
Ingredients:
4 large russet potatoes
3 tbsp butter, melted
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup sour cream (for serving)
Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
2️⃣ Wash potatoes and cut into thin slices, but don’t slice all the way through—keep the base intact.
3️⃣ In a small bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
4️⃣ Brush the butter mixture all over the potatoes, making sure it gets between the slices.
5️⃣ Place potatoes on the baking sheet and bake for 50-60 minutes until crispy on the edges and tender inside.
6️⃣ Sprinkle shredded cheddar and Parmesan cheese over the potatoes and bake for another 5 minutes until melted.
7️⃣ Remove from oven, top with green onions, and serve with sour cream. Enjoy!
