• Olive oil: 3 tbsp (45 ml)
• Sesame seeds: 2 tbsp (30 g)
• Salt: 2 tsp (10 g)

Instructions:
1. Activate the yeast: Mix warm water, yeast, and honey in a bowl. Let sit for 10 minutes until frothy.
2. Make the dough: In a large bowl, combine semolina flour, bread flour, and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
3. Knead and rise: Knead the dough on a floured surface for 10 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1-2 hours, or until doubled in size.
4. Shape the bread: Divide the dough into two loaves or one large spiral shape. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Second rise: Let the shaped dough rise for another 45 minutes. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
6. Add sesame seeds: Brush the dough with water and sprinkle generously with sesame seeds.
