These bars are GREAT for breakfast, but also an EXCELLENT post-workout meal. I enjoy a square with some high protein yogurt, or cottage cheese and a handful of fresh berries.
A tiny smear of almond butter on top is super YUM, too (especially warm right out of the oven)!
