🌽🧀 Cream Cheese Corn Casserole 🌽🍯
🛒 Ingredients:
2 cans (15 oz each) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (15 oz) cream-style corn
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp melted butter
Optional: chopped green onions for garnish
👩🍳 Directions:
Preheat & Prepare:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
Make the Mixture:
In a large bowl, combine both cans of corn, cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
Assemble the Casserole:
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Drizzle melted butter over the top.
Bake:
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is lightly golden.
Garnish & Serve:
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions if desired. Serve warm!
