Mini Easter Cheesecakes in a Jar
Ingredients:
• 200g crushed graham crackers or cookies
• 100g melted butter
• 400g cream cheese
• 200ml whipped cream
• 100g sugar
• A few drops of mint or green food coloring (optional)
• Whipped cream (for topping)
• Mini chocolate eggs
Instructions:
1. Mix the crushed cookies with butter and press into the bottom of jars.
2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, whipped cream, and food coloring until smooth.
3. Spoon the mixture into the jars.
4. Top with whipped cream, cookie crumbs, and mini eggs.
5. Chill for 2–3 hours and enjoy!
