Homemade Glittery Super Bouncy Balls for Kids’ Fun!
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon white school glue (PVA glue)
1/2 teaspoon borax powder
3 tablespoons warm water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Food coloring (optional)
Fine glitter (optional)
Small mixing bowls
Stir sticks or plastic spoons
Disposable gloves (optional, to avoid staining)
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix the warm water and borax powder until the powder dissolves completely. Set aside.
In another bowl, combine the glue, a few drops of food coloring, and glitter (if using).
Add the cornstarch to the glue mixture and stir until combined.
Pour the borax solution into the glue mixture. Stir quickly for a few seconds until a clump begins to form.
Use your hands to knead the clump until it firms up and becomes less sticky. It should take about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Once firm, roll the mixture into a ball using your hands. You now have a super bouncy ball!
Let the ball sit for 10–15 minutes to fully dry and solidify before playing.
Store in an airtight plastic bag to keep the bounce!
