One-Skillet Creamy Cheeseburger Pasta
Creamy, cheesy, and full of beefy goodness – this One-Skillet Cheeseburger Pasta is a weeknight winner! 🍝🧀🍔
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups beef broth
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley or pickles for garnish (optional)
Directions:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and diced onion until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
Add minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
Stir in beef broth, tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, and uncooked macaroni. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
Stir in heavy cream and cheddar cheese until fully melted and creamy.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with chopped parsley or pickles if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
