Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 1 tbsp butter
• Salt and pepper
• Chopped chives or parsley (optional)

Instructions:
1. Sear scallops in butter until golden, about 2 minutes per side.
2. Remove scallops, deglaze pan with white wine.
3. Stir in cream, reduce slightly.
4. Season sauce and return scallops briefly to heat.
