Creamy Cherry Cheesecake Delight
Recipe: Ingredients:
1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
1/4 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until well combined.
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
Stir in the cherry pie filling and mix until evenly distributed.
In serving bowls or a large dish, layer the graham cracker crumbs as the base.
Spoon the cheesecake fluff mixture over the crumbs, spreading it evenly.
Optionally, sprinkle with chopped pecans and mini marshmallows for extra crunch and sweetness.
Chill for at least 2 hours before serving to let the flavors meld together.
