Garlic and Butter Flatbread
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup warm water
For Garlic Butter Topping:
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
Pinch of sea salt
Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add yogurt and warm water, then stir until a sticky dough forms.
Knead dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until soft and smooth.
Divide dough into 4 pieces and roll each into an oval or round flatbread shape.
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and cook each flatbread for 2–3 minutes on each side until puffed and golden.
Mix melted butter with garlic and parsley in a bowl.
Brush hot flatbreads with garlic butter mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top if using, and broil in the oven for 1–2 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Serve warm with a sprinkle of sea salt and more herbs if desired.

Tips:
