Ingredients:

2 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Vegetable oil, for frying
Powdered sugar, for topping

Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, water, and vanilla until smooth.
In another bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, whisking until a smooth, pourable batter forms.
Heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil in a deep skillet or heavy-bottomed pan to 375°F (190°C).

Pour batter into a funnel or squeeze bottle, and carefully drizzle in a circular, swirling motion into the hot oil. Fry for 2–3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
Remove with tongs and drain on paper towels.
Dust generously with powdered sugar and serve warm!
